BARBARA MCPHERSON

GRAND CHANCELLOR

Barbara J. McPherson serves as Grand Chancellor for the Women of the Moose and maintains her office in the Moose International Headquarters Building at Mooseheart, Illinois.

An Illinois native, Barbara joined the Woodstock, Illinois Chapter #364 in March of 1982, and served her Chapter in many capacities.

Her accomplishments are as follows:

• Star Recorder Degree – 1985 • College of Regents Degree – 1987
• Deputy Grand Regent for Illinois – 1990 – 1991
• College of Regents Board Member – 1994 – 1996
• Director of Administration – May, 1999 – October 1, 1999
• Director of Sports and Ritual – October 1, 1999 – January 1, 2005
• Director of Youth, Family Activities & Ritual – January 1, 2005 –June 20, 2006
• Director of Operations – June 20, 2006 – July 31, 2008
• Grand Chancellor – August 1, 2008 – present

Barb and her husband Floyd own a successful business and reside in Woodstock, Illinois. They are the proud parents of four children and have ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
